Paper & Quills

Lest you think I’ve lost my mind (!) these complete the set of 26 ….. in preparation for the coming season of shows! A snowflake or two along the way is good creative relief! The letters have been received well. I think they are cheerful!!
The geometric bear is what is currently on the table, in progress. I hope it’s ready for Art in the Garden !!

Top question of the day! Which is the best framing option? The one with the mat is 12x12 while the rest are 8x8… and so many backgrounds to pick from?? I really like the home made paper but that purple is appealing too. What do you think?

A male and female goldfinch. This was fun:) I scared myself today by looking at last year’s sales. I’m about 1/2 way. What is your favourite bird?

These birds will fly away! I’m sure. How many are enough?

A couple more pieces were completed this week! Art in the Garden is just around the corner and then the Richmond Fair!

Next up….. a new venue that promises to be very interesting. It is simultaneous with a food festival (see comments). If you go to Art in the Garden page you will find the many, many interesting artists introduced. It’s going to be hard to stay in my booth!!

A few new pieces have finally reached the framed stage. It’s going to be a busy fall!!

Next up on sightings of Paper &Quills in the Wild!! A small retirement home in Bells Corners. It will be a smaller show but I will have some new pieces made recently

For a retirement home in a safe and warm environment, think of Cogir Senior Living. They offer a variety of accommodations, services, care and activities.
