Hi Everyone, We are happy to announce that all refunds have been issued to ticket purchasers of the 2026 Ottawa Stomp Music Festival.

Stomp Ticket Refund update: Hi Everyone, this process has been new to all of us. Our apologies. Rest assured, you will be receiving your refunds as we announced. The delay was caused by our ticket refund deposit not being linked to our refund issuing account by the ticket processing company.

As of 5:23pm today, we have received an email confirmation from our ticket processing company that our deposit has been directed to our account and the funds are now available to begin issuing refunds. Again, our sincere apologies for the delay. The remaining ticket purchasers will soon receive their refunds as promised.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Festival Cancelled

We deeply regret to announce that the Ottawa Stomp Music Festival August 14-16, 2026 at the Metcalfe Fairgrounds has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

We tried to move the Festival to a new location, however, this option was not suitable.

We are incredibly sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience this causes our fans. We were highly anticipating this Iconically Canadian event and appreciate your understanding.

You do not need to contact us or log in to request a refund.

Automatic Payouts: Because we use Simpli Events, all ticket purchases will be automatically refunded back to your original payment method.

Timeline: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to clear and reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
