💁 This week’s model: Bruce was born in Ottawa, but has lived in many other places since. His interests led him to study photography and, later, history at university. Over the years, Bruce has worked in a variety of fields including publishing, museums, photography, historic sites, and, lastly, the archives at Carleton. He has just recently started working as a life model here in Ottawa.
🧡 Sandy Hill Life Drawing acknowledges that its events take place on the traditional unceded, unsurrendered territory of the Algonquin Anishnaabe People, next to Annie Pootoogook Park, named after the extraordinary Inuk artist who was born in Kinngait, Nunavut and lived in the Sandy Hill neighbourhood.
