We specialize in classes for adults in Salsa, Tango, Ballroom, Hip Hop, Belly Dance, Jazz, Ballet, Yoga, Zumba and much much more! Other FUN classes include Burlesque, Kick-boxing, Pilates, African Dance, Pole dancing, Mom & Tot classes and even BOOTYcamps.

has a fully equipped facility offering air conditioning, men and women’s change rooms, sprung hardwood floors, friendly and knowledgeable staff and guaranteed for everyone to have a great time! Join us for the following classes starting Sept 19, 2011 - Dec 11, 2011

Hip Hop I: 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Salsa I: 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m
Salsa II: 8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. TUESDAY:
Zumba: 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m
Belly Dance I: 8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. WEDNESDAY:
Tango I: 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m
Zumba: 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. THURSDAY:
Power Yoga: 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m

FRIDAY:
Strippersize: 8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. SATURDAY:
Zumba: 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Poledance: 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
