CanSona Arts Media CanSona Arts Media is a recording service and CD label based in Ottawa. CanSona is owned and managed by Gary Hayes, composer and music producer.

After 30 years of production with CBC Radio Music and another seven years of independent recording and CD production, he is frequently called on to record concerts in the Ottawa area. Additionally he is kept busy recording for CD and demo presentations. His label CanSona is about to release its 10th disk, Andrew Tunis plays Brahms: The late works. Dating back to the start of CanSona in 1995, Hayes

has managed all aspects of recording from pre-production, recording, mixing editing, mastering, disk design and release. Besides his own releases, he has produced recordings for several other Canadian labels, and a number of independent releases.
