This Saturday, July 11, RUTA Choir is honored to represent the Ukrainian community of Ottawa at NUFF 2026 – Niagara Ukrainian Family Festival.

For us, this is more than just another performance—it is an opportunity to share the beauty of Ukrainian song, celebrate our culture, and showcase the unity and resilience of the Ukrainian spirit. We look forward to meeting the Ukrainian community of Niagara Falls and all festival visitors.

We are delighted to welcome RUTA Ukrainian Cultural Association to the Niagara Ukrainian Family Festival 2026!

Based in Ottawa, RUTA is a Ukrainian vocal ensemble that brings together people who share a deep love for music, community, and Ukrainian culture.

Their repertoire includes traditional Ukrainian folk songs, contemporary arrangements, and sacred music, creating performances that are both inspiring and unforgettable. Every appearance by RUTA is filled with heartfelt emotion, beautiful harmonies, and a warm atmosphere that connects with audiences of all ages.

🎶 RUTA Choir at the Vyshyvanka & Bells Fundraising Evening 🎶

What a beautiful celebration of Ukrainian culture, faith, music, and community!

We are grateful to have been part of the Vyshyvanka & Bells fundraising evening in support of the Bell Tower Project at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral. It was an evening filled with inspiring performances, meaningful connections, and a shared commitment to preserving and strengthening our Ukrainian heritage in Canada.

A heartfelt thank you to the organizers, volunteers, sponsors, donors, performers, and everyone who attended. Events like this remind us of the power of community and the importance of coming together around a common purpose.

We are especially thankful for the opportunity to share the stage with the Ottawa Ukrainian Children's Choir, the Cathedral Choir, Yulia Makarenko, Roman Tykaylo, Sofia Zaika, and many other talented artists who helped create such a memorable evening.

At RUTA, we believe that music is more than performance—it is a bridge between generations, a way to preserve our heritage, and an invitation for others to discover the beauty of Ukrainian culture.
