Today has been a profound day.

A poem from today ~ written in the middle of a moment where everything felt like both an ending and a beginning.

✨ Reborn & Made New Again ✨

A crazy mix of all the feels.

Things lost.
Things gone.
Things broken.
Things fixed.
Things found.
Things put back together.

Battered, bruised parts of me that have never been healed~
and parts of me that have.

The pull of heartache
and the pull of excitement
existing in the same space in time.

Like a tornado unraveling and dying out,
and a new space being born.

Like a new light shining
where it used to be dim.

A feeling of profound loss and sadness,
followed by a rebirth of happiness and joy.

Just like the ebbs and flows of life~
where it comes in heavy
and leaves you feeling lighter.

Where the trauma dissolves
and the healing begins.

Where mixed emotions clear into calm.

Where we know chaos isn’t gone…
but even in it, there is beauty.

Like a storm cracking through the darkness
yet leaving no damage behind~
only renewal.

Touched by devastation,
but reborn with delight.

As my heart takes on this new form,
I am reborn
And made new again.

Some days, the weight of this world just breaks me. 💔
This sketch poured straight from that ache ~
a reminder to keep my eyes open, even when it hurts. To see, to feel, and to still believe that light will break through.

Faith doesn’t hide from the hard things ~ it stands tall in the middle of them.

2025 the year to break free from what’s holding you back

The year to bring everything forward that means something to you and everything that doesn’t leave it behind.

Let it go

Let it be

Free yourself

I am me

The only way to come through anything is to look at it straight in the face and do what ya gotta do. Face the facts. Look in the mirror and let go of the past. Embrace the future and enjoy all the moments of the present. Good or bad, happy or sad. Feel it and feel it all.

Now

Let it go. Hold on to nothing old that doesn’t serve you and everything else bring forward.

We have but just today. We need to embrace it all. The good, the bad and the ugly so that we can enjoy what life we have left to live and offer to others.

Giving can feel so good for the soul. Family is the heart of it and friends make up the ones you decided to share your love with.

We all deserve a place here and to enjoy as best we can.
