The 15th Annual Spring Coaches Conference begins THIS WEEKEND. We have had a lot of questions about VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION and wanted to outline some of the benefits.

Spring CDT has always hosted important conversations about the state of our industry and future of our sport. This year we bring you “Industry Talks” featuring global experts sharing their experiences and perspectives.

My 15th Annual Coaches Conference is just 3 months away and I am very excited to announce that we will be returning to Montreal AND returning to the name “Spring Coaches Conference”

As many of you know I have always maintained that Spring CDT was the last gift my father gave me. I started this company while I was helping to care for him during his final stages of cancer. Having to press pause on a brand that has such significant and personal meaning was unexpected and devastating.

The name Thrive (which I used last year and was taken from a Pandemic era conference session I spoke on) served me well.. and it made this return possible. I will be always proud of my “Thrive Era”

To announce this during Father’s Day week brings me great joy. The conference this year takes place September 7-8th and we have so much to celebrate!

The mission of Spring CDT is to: “Connect, Lead, Educate and Inspire the global cheerleading community”. The Spring Coaches Conference has been a huge part of that effort world wide and it has contributed so much of the international education in our sport.

I am thrilled to welcome Owners, Coaches, Vendors, and industry leaders from coast to coast and country to country to Canada. We truly are “Where the world comes to learn” I hope you will join us.
