Looking for Player: LGBTTIQ2SA+ friendly. Only one spot open, new players very welcome.
Paid game: 15$ per person per session
Date & Time: Game takes place every second friday 7pm EST online using Foundry, D&D Beyond, Zoom and World Anvil.
Basic Info:
The game will go to around level 15
You will start at level 3
You will be joining 4 other players that have already played from level 1 to 3. You will be replacing a player that had to leave due to life commitments. One of the players is 17 years old, the rest range in age from 20tys to 40tys.
The group is very chill and patient with each other. Some of them are newish players and are still learning the game and will have questions or wish for instruction. Also sometimes technical issues will happen(like broken headsets or connection issues). The group has stated it's important to them that any new person will be okay with the game being interrupted for these reasons from time to time.
About the Game:
A homebrew game in a world that is a mix of modern and medieval fantasy taking inspiration from both historical events and present day story telling. (think a bit like how the flintstones lived in a modern stone age life, but in a more medieval fantasy setting)
The game focuses on a continent of city states and the politics and wars that happen in each of them and against each other.
Play as a member of an investigative group in the largest and most powerful of the city states.
Character backstories and arcs will play a large part in the storytelling
A good mix of RolePlaying and Combat, along with mysteries to solve. There will be little to no hand holding and failure is an option although it is rarely the end of a story, just an interesting turn of events in a story.
Hard moral choices that have far reaching consequences is another feature of this game
Slice of life RP, expect to narrate actions and play out parts of your characters life that are not only just part of the adventures. Most of this is done during downtime.
Our combat is also narrative as we are trying to not fall into the "I walk up and hit it" roll dice, calculate results, next, rinse and repeat.
We do play with a few homebrew rules, if you are selected for an interview I will go over them with you then to see if they and you are a good fit.
We are LGBTTIQ2SA+ friendly, and do not accept any kind of player to player bigotry, racisms, sexisim, or any other of the bad isim's. Yes this is a paid game but I have no issue removing a player and looking for a new one if they break any of the boundaries the group has set together.
