Experienced Chef
We are looking for an individual who takes pride in the dishes they prepare and the team that works beside them.
Natural leadership, reliable and a keen eye for details are essential for the role.
A chef’s responsibilities include:
● Provides leadership to achieve operations standards
● Run the kitchen, role model standards, and operating practices
● Ensures food quality is at the highest standards, including plating of food
● Teamwork to ensure a great guest experience, along with creating menu ex*****on and improving systems and standards
● Leading a kitchen with line and prep-cooks including recruitment, training and development
● Manages labour efficiencies in the kitchen, and takes the responsibility to complete ordering of food and packaging
The successful candidate demonstrates leadership that aligns with a culture of continued improvement, growth and is constantly striving for excellence while encouraging their team to do the same. The chef takes pride in culinary selections and has the ability to create.
**Additional pay includes tip out distribution! Pay-scale based on experience.
