Massive thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate the six-month mark of Deathhawk Sessions with us last night.

What started as a casual Sunday listening deathrock session took an unexpected turn—I honestly wasn't expecting to see everyone get so dancy!! The setlist ended up being a combo of the best tunes of the past 6 months, with a dancing twist. I was also especially glad to weave in some Das Ich tunes this time around to honour Bruno Kramm following his recent passing; having that moment on the floor meant a lot. RIP Bruno Kramm (DAS ICH / Danse Macabre Records)

We got to see Bruno DJ a few times these past few years at different festivals and I was always using Shazam to figure out what was playing during his sets because how good they were. Everything I’ve read about him pointed to him being a really nice person and I’m sad that I never got to meet him.

This is a huge loss for the Goth / Industrial scene.
