OTTAWA PINBALL SHOW — ALL TICKET REFUNDS HAVE NOW BEEN PROCESSED

First and most importantly, we are incredibly sorry to everyone we let down.

We know people travelled long distances, booked hotels, changed plans and were genuinely excited about coming to the Ottawa Pinball Show.

We especially want to apologize to Player One Amusement Group, who went to tremendous effort and expense to bring all of their games from Toronto to Ottawa for the show, as well as the vendors, volunteers, tournament players, friends and everyone else who stepped up to help make the weekend happen.

And we're sorry to everyone who was simply looking forward to spending the weekend playing pinball with us.

Since the flood, our immediate attention has had to be on trying to save the arcade and deal with the damage, which is why we haven't been able to communicate and get everything dealt with as quickly as we would have liked.

As of today, we have processed refunds for all advance Ottawa Pinball Show tickets.

Refunds have been issued back through the original payment method, including PayPal and credit/debit card purchases. Depending on the payment provider or your bank, it may take a few business days for the money to appear.

Please check your email and original payment method. We want to make absolutely sure we haven't missed anyone.

If you purchased a ticket and don't see a refund or confirmation, please contact us with your name and the email address used to purchase the tickets and we'll check it immediately.

To Player One, everyone who helped us, everyone who planned to attend, and especially those who travelled or made arrangements to be here: we are truly sorry.

The last few days have been about trying to save the arcade. Once we're through that, we'll figure out what comes next.

We have begun to ascertain the extent of the damage and unfortunately it is very widespread. For the foreseeable future, Experience Social and the Pinball Medics parts department will both be closed as we deal with this new massive project before we can reopen once more. We are still doing repairs and machine sales for both new and used games. Thank you to everyone for your support, and while I don’t have time to answer everyone individually, I do see the comments and they are very much appreciated. The source issue has been resolved, but now the remediation of the facility and our equipment begins. We will know more over the coming days and weeks, and will share updates regularly. It pains us greatly to not be able to share the amazing place this has grown into after only two months, and we can’t wait to be able to share it once again.
