This is a study of Wall-E's head movement, so it goes up/down and can swivel 120° both sides. This product is a security camera that does the same. In the following pics, we'll discover the simplicity of this design that allows these moves.
To help understand, 2 sevos do the job as one is in the ball itself and the other is at the base of it, out of the ball, in the bottom portion of the unit. I will try to make a short video shortly to explain in more details what you see.

Irony of all ironies... Working with the hand router, the 3/4" bit, a straight edge clamped on both sides and a double or triple pass for each slot: one pass @ 1/4" depth, the second @ 1/2" and if need be, a little pass for proper clearance or fit of the t-track on the CNC's spoiler board.

I may be slow to build this CNC but there is no way it can be assembled in 4 hours as the company says.... But man, I'm ...

Trying to get myself back in the groove of things, picking up again where I left off things from a few months ago, I've finished my last 3D print for the back door piston. This print was interesting as each part of it was printed individually and then glued together for a cleaner result. Weard filament color you'll say but, really, who cares if you consider the fact that it will be primed, painted and weathered.
