WOW! Belles découvertes aujourd’hui. 🤩

J’avais promis à un client de trier mes magazines Nintendo Power pour l’aider à compléter sa collection. Après des années à en accumuler pour la mienne, je n’avais encore jamais pris le temps de vraiment en faire le tour…

Quelle surprise de tomber sur des pièces que je n'avais même pas réaliser avoir, dont quelques Nintendo Power Flash (les ancêtres de Nintendo Power).

Un vrai plaisir à redécouvrir et à feuilleter! 🤓

I had promised a client I would sort through my Nintendo Power magazines to help complete his collection. After years of collecting them for myself, I had never actually taken the time to go through everything…

What a surprise to come across items I didn’t even realize I had, including a few Nintendo Power Flash (the predecessors to Nintendo Power).

Such a fun experience to rediscover and flip through them! 🤓

J’avais vu passer la nouvelle au début du mois, c’est toute une page qui se tourne pour The Gaming Historian … 😢

Cette chaîne a longtemps été ma préférée pour plonger dans l’histoire du jeu vidéo et en découvrir les coulisses avec autant de passion que de rigueur. Même en pause depuis quelques années, je gardais toujours l’espoir d’un retour.

Ça laisse un petit vide … mais aussi beaucoup de souvenirs marquants. Merci pour tout. 🎮

I had seen the news earlier this month, but it really marks the end of an era for The Gaming Historian … 😢

This channel was long my favorite for diving into video game history and exploring its behind-the-scenes stories with both passion and rigor. Even though it’s been on pause for a few years, I always held onto hope for a return.

It leaves a bit of a void … but also so many memorable moments. Thank you for everything. 🎮

After more than 15 incredible years of making Gaming Historian, I’m moving on to new creative adventures. Thank you for an unforgettable, life-changing journ...

Très heureux d’avoir revu plusieurs visages familiers et d’avoir rencontré de nouveaux passionnés. Je suis même reparti avec une boîte remplie de superbes échanges reçues à mon kiosque. 😎🤘

Next weekend, I’m excited to be attending the Salon national des collectionneurs in Saint-Hyacinthe (QC) for the very first time; the largest event of its kind in Canada ! 🤩🤪

Encore une fois, c’était complètement fou au Geeked Out: Ottawa's Toy & Collectible Sale la fin de semaine dernière ! 🤯 Un énorme MERCI aux milliers de visiteurs, à toute l’équipe derrière l’événement, et surtout à tous les passionnés de jeux vidéo rétro qui sont venus jaser avec moi.
