A little reflection on my Inner Landscapes series, which I began developing in September 2025.
Since then, 18 paintings from the series have found their way into homes around the world, which I’m so grateful for.
Each painting is created on wooden panel, beginning with washes of storm-blue pigment, followed by layers of soft pastel and pencil.
Each piece is made up of fragments of landscapes from memory. Each painting invites a personal interpretation, evoking different landscapes, places and memories for those who encounter them.
It’s been so lovely to see the series evolve over the past year, from the early paintings in my studio to exhibitions and now the homes of collectors.
