Seniors Festival Dance Extravaganza! What a hoot we had with cool music & hot Dancers.

In Snazzy Seats Dancers learnt a routine to ‘Sweet Caroline’ & then in Snazzy Sneakers they learnt a routine to ‘Hit The Road Jack’. A very yummy morning tea kept them well fuelled for the morning of fun & fitness. Classes will continue on Tuesdays from 10th November to 15th December. Introductory offer $5 per class. IADMS International Association of Dance Medicine & Science ~ 2026 Conference wrap. An incredible week spent with like-minded people listening to the latest research on Dance for CP, Dementia, Falls Prevention, PD, Preschoolers, Veterans, & more ... Also lots of workshops to enjoy the amazing studio spaces at the Australian Ballet & The Victorian College of The Arts. Such great material to feed into our programs for our local Community. Recycling at it's best! :)
