Hopey NOISE is back to the familiar lands of Hopetoun Port Hotel and it’s not just about live local awesome fantastical music which we are ALL about 🎶

Landing on the spookiest night of the year means dressing up for the sake of it and The Port Hotel has a voucher up for grabs for the best dress scene setter in Hopey 🙌

𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒅𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒍, 𝑏𝑢𝑡 𝑖𝑛𝑐𝑎𝑠𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑑𝑜𝑛’𝑡.

Hopey NOISE (Noise = Network Of Independent Sound Explorers) Open Mic is a chance for locals to get amongst a stage with a full back line of equipment, siq PA and cheerleaders by the bulk to build confidence and real on-stage experience!
We got you - and everyone loves nothing more than YOU sharing your love for music!

We don’t care how far along your musical journey you are - if you want to have a crack then this is the space for you to have a go - and dressing up only makes it all the more fun (but is not a prerequisite… but would be kinda fun 😏)

Big BIG props to our biggest creative supporter, who backs us up every step of the way Ravensthorpe Regional Arts Council (RAVE ABOUT ARTS) 💛

FRRR for helping bring our community together to find connection after trying times 🧡

Hopey NOISE has been smashing the Closed Mic's over the last few months while the winter weather keeps outdoor gigs at bay.

Stoked to do our first Closed Mic in Ravy with the 2nd coming in hot for the 23rd of August at The Fitz!

Big thanks to FRRR and Ravensthorpe Regional Arts Council for supporting these events and bringing musicians in our Shire of Ravensthorpe together.

Here's a sneak peak into the last 3 CM's across Hopetoun and Ravensthorpe the last couple of months.

Sunday FUNDAY 2nd August
(by the way... how's it nearly August 🧐)
Location: Same Place (if you know, you know!) BUT if you don't text 0407 888 311 for the address in Hopetoun.

We set up the gear, you bring your own too, we jam, practise infront of a small crew, build confidence, teach and learn from each other along with talking all things music.
Nothings planned... other then the space being open for musicians to connect.

Reminder these spaces are for musical developement not a 'show', so if you think your self a muso and want to join in come along.

CLOSED MIC is heading to 𝐑𝐀𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐑𝐏𝐄!

Sunday the 19th of July from 12pm to 4pm @ The Fitz

Playing music in Ravy and looking for a place to have a jam?

Closed Mic is a space to meet other musicians, jam, build confidence and talk all things music.
Unlike an Open Mic which is about building confidence in performing; we create the Closed Mic space so that just the muso's are all together working on their craft with out a big daunting audience.
Drums, Bass Guitar/amp, Electric Guitar/amp and mics provided.
Feel free to BYO instruments.

I have sooo much fun mentoring this age group and can’t wait to hear what they create ❤️🎶
