I’m turning 50!!! 🥳 And I want to celebrate this BIG milestone the best way I know how — dancing, sweating, laughing and partying with my Zumba familia! 🔥💃

But this celebration is also about GIVING BACK. ❤️

Join me for a special Zumba Fundraiser supporting Fundación Juan Pablo Dos Santos — a non-profit organization founded by Venezuelan athlete and speaker Juan Pablo Dos Santos, helping amputees and disaster survivors in Venezuela to access prosthetic treatments and rehabilitation. 🙏✨

🎉 We have a FULL HOUSE for tomorrow’s fundraising class! 🦁🐆🐘

We’ve sold nearly 100 tickets—thank you all so much for your incredible support! ❤️ Don’t panic though… around 25 of those are donation-only tickets, so we won’t have 100 people dancing at once. 😊

🚪 Doors open at 4:15 pm, so come early to grab your favourite spot, catch up with your friends, and take lots of photos in your amazing wild outfits before we get started! 📸🐾

I honestly can’t wait to celebrate, dance, and raise money together for such a wonderful cause. See you all tomorrow—it’s going to be an unforgettable afternoon! 💛✨

Three years ago, I looked at a chin-up bar and honestly thought, “I’ll never be able to do that.”

Today, I can do 5 chin-ups.

This isn’t just about strength—it’s proof of what consistency, patience, and refusing to give up can achieve. There were days I felt like I wasn’t making progress, but every workout, every small improvement, and every time I chose to keep going brought me one step closer to this moment.

I’m incredibly proud of this milestone, but I’m even more excited about what’s next. My new goal is 10 chin-ups. It might take another two years, and I’m completely okay with that. Great things take time, and I’m committed to enjoying the journey as much as the achievement.

If you’re working towards a goal that feels impossible right now, don’t stop. Keep showing up. Trust the process. One day you’ll look back and realise that what once seemed impossible has become your reality.
