STUDENTS ENROLMENT REQUIREDWHO CAN GO TO ART CAMP
Art camp is open to any child, ages 5-12 years .Also they will be up coming camps for children and parents.


OTHER IMPORTANT STAFF...
WHAT TO BRING/NOT TO BRING
Please dress your child warmly, as we spend part of our day outdoors.you DO NOT need to pack a snack for your child ,a light and healthy snack will be provided.
point out if your child has allergies.

ACCIDENTS/INCIDENTS/BEHAVIOR
when a child sustains an accident ,injury ,whether a bump, scratch or a cut we will tell you at pick-up.if it is more serious will call you from class.
- [ ] .if a child's behavior jeopardizes the safety of the children ,parents will be notified as soon as possible and made aware of the incident.

PAYMENTS AND POLICES
Payment for art camp activities is due in-full upon registration.Your child is officially enrolled only once payment and the release of liability form have been received.we receive ecocash ,bank transfers

ENROLLMENT
Students will be enrolled on a first come, first served basis.

MISSED CLASSESTHERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR MISSED LESSONS.

PICK-UP -DROP-OFF
Parents/Guardians are required to accompany their kids to the meeting sport .please pick up and drop off your children on time.We are to meet at a certain place.If your child is late you will find your way to where the invent is taking place.

REFUNDS

Our refund policy is as follows:
14+ day notice : Program fee refunded less 10% aim fee.8 to 14 days notice:Program fee refunded less 50% aim fee.7 or less days notice :program fee is nun-refundable.

Help children grow their minds in new directs while experimenting media.Having fun with others while doing something creative.not working about mistakes and allowing mistakes to lead to unexpected discoveries.

A DAY AT ART CAMP
art campers will also eat snacks (food art) and play outdoors (art games)each day will be documented in photography busy doing their activities.by taking these photographs ,we give parents and kids a chance re-live the days most-loved artworks, fun activities.
