As part of the commemoration of the International Day of Mental Health, Chenura Trust proudly presents “HAYWIRE.”

Conceptualized and directed by Everson Ndlovu.
Created and performed by Chipo Chikara-Nyoni and Tafadzwa Bob Mutumbi.

"HAYWIRE " is a story about a man dealing with mental health issues, particularly anxiety and depression. The play follows the journey of Morris, a man in his prime, who is trying to navigate his world while grappling with debilitating anxiety and depression - the monster of today’s generation.

Come and be part of this immersive experience.

“The forums for Playwrights, Actors, Directors, Stage Managers and Producers will see creatives imagine and articulate the ideal world in which they want to operate. It will be a space where they share what tools they need for them to do their jobs well and what conditions they will need to exist in order for them to thrive within their chosen professions. “
