Good evening ladies and gentlemen today Mark's 24 day in the year 2021. We all rejoice on 01 January thanking the Lord for giving us another opportunity/chance to see, and praise the Almighty in a new year. Today we are here but we have friends and relatives some close relatives who have left us due to this pandemic. The nation is mourning every one is mourning, death has creeped in our beloved Zimbabwe our beloved houses, some will be asking where Is God in this storm, Mwari matisirei some will be asking am I going to see the next day no one no's, as it pains we just pray and have hope that our brothers and sisters are at a better place. Hama dzangu I'm here to give you a word of hope, that the Lord sees your tears Zimbabwe the Lord hears your prayers, he hears your crys. *“For I am the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee.” Isaiah 43:3* God loves us all and he is watching over us he will give up all just to save us. Let's all amend our ways and we will all dwell in his secret place, Jeremiah 7vs3.

This is a song Rodney wrote one day after we discussed how tough it is to live in Zimbabwe.One statement I mentioned is that Zimbabwe is a country where your boss can pay you a wage that will last you 5 days,& expects it to miraculously stretch until the month ends,on top of that he overcrowds your schedule to block you from hustling.So its a prayer for Zimbabwe.

Rodney is a new Gospel artist born in 1987.He started music in Sunday school in Kwekwe as a member of Mbizo Voice,which later on changed to Vawadzani Vedenga.His recording career started when he released his debut album ‘Ndiyeyu Jesu’ in 2018 and also currently working on his 2020 music here Studios.
