Hi I'm a guy aged 38yrs old and need your help.I used to work as a supervisor at a supermarket many years ago when my boss at that supermarket left to start his own thing.He liked me and would always say "You're very humble and smart I like you young man..." Early this year this guy was promoted to being a manager my manager and everyone else under me.This post was not there because I pretty much Did the management role although it was not officialised.This really hurt my feelings because I have been with this guy for 10years and no promotion.When I spoke to my boss he said to me we can't compete with these young people let's create space for them so that when we retire we have peace of mind knowing that the legacy is in good hands...So clearly I did not get through to him this guy haatogone basa racho I end up covering for him... since August he could have been running things tichiona significant change but hapana hapana....It has become very difficult for me lately going to work my health has deteriorated ndakabatwa bp muna November....After speaking to my father he told me to leave before i get used up or get a stroke like him... he was dismissed unfairly from his job in 2018 after implementing game changing ideas to the company thank God it was not severe...If i leave ndotangira papi i was waiting
