🚨 NUST STUDENTS & LANDLORD INVOLVED IN DISTURBING DISPUTE

Reports reaching NUST Hotspot indicate that some NUST students have been involved in a dispute with their landlord after allegedly being found playing games in their room to refresh from the pressure of studying.

According to reports, the landlord confronted the students and an argument reportedly followed.

Early this morning, reports from our DMs alleged that the situation escalated, with the landlord allegedly using a whip to discipline the students. 😳

🎥 VIDEO: A video circulating shows the landlord allegedly preparing a whip during the confrontation with the students.

The alleged incident has raised concerns over the treatment of students in off-campus accommodation. Tertiary students deserve a safe and respectful living environment.

We are still gathering more information on the matter.
