IF I EVER DIE

Beloved!
When courage is lost
And all hope is gone,
Watch ye not!
And stand ceremonially as my flame dies
But!
Come for me when the enemy surrounds
Rekindle me when i fade
Relight me when im blown
And when my fort is fallen,
Rebuild me;
Restore my burnt down walls
With hope!
With faith!
-and with love!
