*Model training, grooming and deportment Certification*

Miss Mines Zimbabwe is seeking to empower it's ambassadors in the mining industry, through a model training program that combines pose, confidence, and knowledge to shape talented individuals into informed advocates for the sector. This program seeks to promote sustainability, innovation, and community engagement. The training is scheduled for the 15th of April - 9 May 2025, this is the first of its kind and seeks to transform mining communities through partnerships with mining organisations.

The participants will engage in practical sessions, one on one coaching, attend mining workshops and seminars which will add towards achieving their certificate of completion whilst the Miss Mines Zimbabwe pageant dates will be announced in due course.

Speaking on the program Founder and CEO of Miss Mines Zimbabwe said, _"The training program serves as a foundation that prepares for success in the mining industry in partnership with mining organisations in advancing their careers as Mining Beauty Queens with Brains to represent and be the "voice" of the marginalized mining girlchild and transformation of mining communities for economic development, creating innovative ideas to access opportunities, resources and recognition they rightfully deserve."_
