As some of you may know, I started out as a drummer, learning at the age of 12 and performing with my band Our Future Glory for years before stepping away to focus on my solo work.

Getting back behind the drums and on the mic is something I’ve wanted to bring back into the project for a long time. Now, with THE ASCENSION (INKAWAMI) landing this October, it feels like the perfect time to celebrate this new chapter with my very first live tour 🖤🥹

It’s with the utmost pride that I can finally announce the forthcoming release of my brand-new record, ‘THE ASCENSION (INKAWAMI)’. Containing over two years of blood, sweat, tears, joys, fears, excitement, ups, downs, and the rest, this 9-track tape is by far my biggest and most ambitious body of work, and tells the story of what has brought me to this point.

Compared to my two previous records, ‘THE ASCENSION (INKAWAMI)’ is my most personal and reflective body of work to date, not just sonically - where I’m stepping into a space that feels like a true representation of where I am as an artist - but also where I’m finally opening up and looking at what it’s taken to get here. The sacrifices, losses, energy, and effort that have allowed me to start on the road to becoming the artist I was brought here to be.

Having worked with some amazingly talented artists, musicians, and producers from all over the world, this is by far the most excited I’ve been to bring my offering to you all, and I’m proud and confident in knowing that ‘THE ASCENSION (INKAWAMI)’ is my best work to date.

My new single, ‘Stumble’ ft. the amazing RAHH, is out today and I can’t wait to share the rest with you all this coming October.
