IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW IF YOU WANT TO JOIN THE CREATIVE INDUSTRY AS A PHOTOGRAPHER|VIDEOGRAPHER THE LAST ONE WILL KEEP YOU IN THE GAME
1. Understanding Light...

Light is the foundation of photography. It affects how your image looks in terms of brightness, mood, and clarity. A good photographer knows how to use sunlight or studio lighting to create the desired effect.

2. Composition & Framing...
This is how you arrange things in your photo. Good composition makes your image look balanced and professional, while poor framing can make even a good subject look unattractive.

3. Camera Settings... Mastery
Knowing how to control ISO, shutter speed, and aperture helps you take full control of your camera. This allows you to adjust brightness, motion, and background blur instead of relying on auto mode.

4. Creativity & Vision...

Photography is not just taking pictures—it’s about telling a story or creating a mood. Your creativity is what makes your photos unique and different from others.

5. Communication Skills...
You need to guide your clients, especially during photoshoots. Clear communication helps people feel comfortable, which leads to natural and better-looking photos.

6. Editing Skills

After taking photos, editing helps improve them. Using tools like Adobe Lightroom or Adobe Photoshop, you can adjust lighting, colors, and details to enhance the final image.

7. Business Mindset...

If you want to make money, you must treat photography like a business. This includes setting prices, promoting your work, and giving good customer service.

8. Equipment Knowledge...

You should understand how your camera, lenses, and lighting equipment work. You don’t need expensive gear, but you must know how to use what you have effectively.

9. Patience & Timing

Great photos often require waiting for the right moment. Whether it’s a smile, action, or lighting condition, timing plays a big role in capturing the perfect shot.

10. Consistency & Practice...
Improvement comes from regular practice. The more you shoot and learn from mistakes, the better your skills will become over time.
