NENGA COLLECTIONS is a trading name of NENGA COLLECTIONS INC and herein may be referred to as "NENGA COLLECTIONS". These terms and condi
tions govern all supply of goods and services by NENGA COLLECTIONS to you, the purchaser of goods and services from us, including your use of our page NENGA INC. They are effective from 17/08/2021 and will replace all earlier NENGA INC terms of trade and any conditions contained in any document used by you and purporting to have contractual effect. Purchases from our online shop may only be made by persons who are acquiring goods or services for their own use, and you must not acquire goods from us via the website for resupply (whether in trade or otherwise). All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a Product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop. At times there can be a 1-2 day turnaround on updating product availability on the online store when a product is sold in store. If a product is sold in store and says it is still available online and we are unable to take off the Page in time we we will endeavour to notify the non-availability of the product as soon as possible

Prices for goods and services stated on our Page are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges. We only deliver Countrywide. The cost of delivery is as stated on our Page and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary we in your online shopping basket.
