- Produce high-quality pastries and desserts for both restaurant service and events.
- Create bespoke cakes and dessert selections tailored to event themes and client
preferences.
- Work closely with both the restaurant and events teams to plan menus, tastings, and special requests.
- Ensure timely preparation and presentation for daily service as well as scheduled events.
- Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, organization, and food safety.
- Manage stock, ingredient sourcing, and cost control within the pastry section.
- Bring creativity and innovation to elevate the dessert offering across both dining and events.

- A professional and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Excellent attention to detail and teamwork
- At least 3 years experience from a reputable company.
- A certificate in Pastry, Food Production or Hospitality Management (Added Advantage).

- Provide seamless support during events (buffet, plated, and tray service).
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and memorable service
