WE ARE HIRING: OFFICE MANAGER | CAPE TOWN
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and resilient Office Manager to take ownership of daily office operations and help keep our workplace running smoothly.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Cape Town, with a market-related salary based on experience.
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, confident in managing people and processes, and able to balance firm leadership with a supportive, approachable manner.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing daily workflows for a small team of 4 staff members
Handling sales invoicing, billing paperwork, and administrative accounts
Managing office stock, supplies, vending, catering, and stationery
Acting as the first point of contact for clients
Overseeing OHS compliance and health and safety files
Supporting general office operations and facilities
Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience as an Office Manager or Senior Administrator
Hands-on experience with Omni Accounts and sales invoicing
Experience supervising a small team
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
