🩰 Adult Beginner Ballet 6.45-8pm - this class is great for anyone who is new to dance and wants to learn new skills.

MONDAYS AT DEDICATED2DANCE 2024

Our week begins with Adult classes in Ballet and Modern led by .swales.

Each class is 75 minutes and works the whole body.

🩰 Intermediate Ballet consists of exercises at the Barre, centre and corner work, with some choreography. Emphasis placed on creating strong foundations and technique to support the dancers creativity and overall movement.

💃 Intermediate Modern includes a full body warm up, progressing on to floor work, strengthening exercises, travelling and centre work, concluding in choreography. Our studebts explore the fundamentals of Modern Dance and Contemporary.

We just love to dance. All styles of dance, for all types of people. And Hip Hop is just that. Open to all, no experience required, we teach the foundations. Or if you do have experience we can't wait to assist you further in learning more about this awesomely, energetic dance style.
