*OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE🔔
Today I had a meeting with the board & investors of The MashUp Events , We did the books and counted the tickets sales & unfortunately not even 30%(nothing more than 50tickets) of tickets have been sold and all that messed up the budget plans.
The investors saw that the tickets sales was not enough to cover thier investment amount , make profit and pay all the expenses.
Besides all that we can not do an event with just a few people , the vibe wont be the same..
Therefore We've Decided To Unfortunately Cancel Tomorrow's Event💔I had high hope's for this one but I guess the people weren't feeling the same vibe😔...tried also reasoning with the board to get the event pushed to next week Saturday 7th of May but it was not possible...
Sincere Apologies For The Inconvenience To All The DJ's , Performing Artists , MC's& Stall Owners🙏
To All Those That Purchased The Tickets , We Appreciate The Love And Support You've Shown To Us😭..You May Take Your Ticket Back To The Ticket Seller You Bought It From To Recieve Your Refund📌....
Regardless , Never Re Fele Moya ..I'll Keep Trying , I'll Come Up With Better Concepts And Ideas Next.🙏😔
