I have finished another set of pattern paper for Scrapworx called Remember Me. This set is also very dear to my heart. It has a lovely vintage, retro feel to it. Perfect for capturing special memories. The paper will be launched this month (April - 2021) Follow Scrapworx and or Creativtrail for more details.

For those who are travelling to the family this Easter weekend, Stay Safe and God bless you all on this special weekend.

As promised, the new double page layout is done.
This was a very emotional page for me. For those that don't know my stepdaughter passed away in December 2020, and because she won't be able to scrapbook her beautiful twins (4ys) and little Ethan, whos almost a year old. I decided to start scrapbooking their albums. So there will be scrapbooking kits again.

While designing the new pattern paper - New Beginnings - for Scrapworx, which is what I used in this kit, and with Denise on my mind a lot, throughout this process, I decided to sale this kit at R180.
This kit is super easy with a lot of fussy cutting and quick to complete. There are detailed instructions along with all the extras to complete the page.
To place an order you can email me at [email protected]
OR you can contact me via WA: 0823009825 to order your kit.
Ps. This does not include the courier/ delivery fee.

Please go to Creativtrail to check out the new pattern papers.

Morning everyone, BOY what a year 2020 was!!
I'm sure everyone has had some ups and downs and tough battles, still to fight through.
My sincere condolences to those that have lost a loved one.

My family has also lost a very SPECIAL someone 2 days before Christmas. My Stepdaughter was very tired and generally not feeling well, she had no energy. What we did not know was that she had found out that she had Breast Cancer early last year. The Doctor had the results for about three weeks before he called her in. Then about two weeks later it was the lockdown. Time went on and nothing could really be done. She kept hoping for better results due to home remedies and a very expensive machine she was using, given to her to try from a reliable friend she knew. After the lockdown, she went for a second opinion and the results showed all negative, which is when she only told some of her family that she had breast cancer. Then another week or so went by and she was not feeling well again with no energy. Her whole family thought it was from work as she was under ALOT of pressure at work and three kiddos to look after. My husband and I (the Grandparents) took the kiddos so she could at least rest, as she was now on sick leave. This went on for about three weeks and by now she can't even sit up without being in serious pain. Another doctors appointment to which he said HOSPITAL NOW!! He thinks she has liver cancer. So we rushed her off the hospital where NO-ONE could see her, not even her husband (they just had their 15 year anniversary, 1st December). That I think that was the worst, NOT KNOWING WHATS GOING ON WITH HER, NO CONTACT WITH HER - EVERYONE SO WORRIED ABOUT HER. She held on for about two weeks. Then her husband got the news that his brother had just passed away 15th December, He barely got through that and then got the news that his wife had also passed away 22nd December. 4 days after their 4 year old twins birthday, (she couldn't wait to see them open their birthday presents) 2 days before Christmas and it'll be 37days till her birthday!!! When we received the news the doctors told us she had aggressive cancer, it was in her bones and her blood, and he had never seen someone fight to stay alive like she tried to do. Most patients don't last this long he said.

Our whole family is devastated by this!
Denise, you will be truly missed. You were one of a kind, and no matter what life threw at you, you were always happy with what you had. The SPECIAL BOND you had with your sister, is something I'll NEVER forget. The love you had for Jacques and your beautiful kiddos, Skylar, Jade and Ethan. You so desperately wanted to have children.
Your Dad and I promise to be there for the girls and Ethan whenever they need us and to share with the kids just how much you LOVED them. We LOVE spending time with them.
May you rest in peace my sweetheart, love you always.
