This the final product and now it can go off to painting and then to the motor macs for their prosses of the rally car to install motor etc..

Full roll cage, with new(stronger shock tops) . Stronger suspension pipe aswell. well done to the team and all that had an had in the project..

A polo 4wheel drive rally car build from scratch..The team were given the empty body's and then they did there magic in revamping this shell into a 4wheel drive rally car.

This picture show how they get the body and then need to prep and cut out and do their things before they can start building the rollcage .. Picture will follow

Fs utility Service had the privilege last year to build a Dakar Rally Car for A customer to go and race the Dakar in Abu Dhabi.

This was an awesome project that took the team exactly 2 months... From prepping, stripping out, rebuild new brackets, waiting for pipes and parts to arrive in South Africa, we managed to deliver the car 100% complete in 2 months' time..

Owner of the car stays in cape town; he wanted a project for him and his daughter to have some bonding time as she lives overseas.

Ill Post a link that was made when they arrived at the Dakar and showed their progress with the car.
