🎭 FOUNDING COACHES WANTED – HIGHVELD THEATRE ACADEMY

Highveld Theatre Academy (HTA) is looking for passionate and experienced coaches who would like to become Founding Coaches as we establish a new performing arts academy in Secunda.

Our vision is to create a permanent home where people of all ages can develop their talents while building a thriving performing arts community. HTA will work hand-in-hand with Highveld Theatre Company (HTC), creating opportunities for students to grow from the classroom onto the stage.

We are looking for coaches in disciplines such as:

🎭 Acting
💃 Dance
🎤 Singing & Vocal Coaching
🎬 Film & Camera Acting
🗣 Public Speaking
✍️ Scriptwriting
💄 Stage Makeup
💡 Technical Theatre (Lighting & Sound)
🎨 Set & Costume Design
🎼 Music and other performing arts disciplines

How the partnership works:

✅ Run your own classes and build your own student base.
✅ Benefit from a shared venue, branding and joint marketing.
✅ Collaborate with other coaches instead of competing.
✅ Give your students opportunities to perform and, where appropriate, audition for Highveld Theatre Company productions.
✅ Contribute a fixed monthly Academy Partnership Fee to help maintain our shared venue and facilities.
