SADBOY — IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE
We want to sincerely apologise to everyone who purchased our SADBOY T-shirt and experienced issues with the print coming off after the first wash.
Unfortunately, this is an issue we were not aware of until some of our customers brought it to our attention. We take full responsibility for the inconvenience and disappointment this may have caused.
We are currently working directly with our suppliers to understand what went wrong with the printing process and to make sure this does not happen again. Quality is extremely important to us, and we are taking this matter seriously.
For customers who currently have the T-shirt, we kindly recommend washing it gently, preferably inside out, using a mild cycle and avoiding harsh detergents or high heat until we have completed our investigation.
Most importantly, we still want to hear from you. Your reviews, feedback and honest experiences are valuable to us as a community. Even when something goes wrong, your feedback helps us improve and hold ourselves to a higher standard.
To everyone who supported SADBOY and brought this issue to our attention: thank you for giving us the opportunity to address it properly.
