Lisa Michelle Dance Studio is offering two types of dance-based exercise classes in Stellenbosch: dance toning classes (fusion of strengthening ballet/ contemporary dance and toning Pilates exercises) and contemporary dance classes. The purpose of the toning class is to create long lean dancer-like muscles in a fun and relaxed environment. The second class on offer is contemporary dance (centre work, floor work and sequences/ dances). Classes start up in September. Please get hold of the studio before coming to your first class, so we can book your spot in the class of your choice.
