Hi Everyone, we are excited to announce that one of our Co-Founders, Co-directors and music director Michael Stols has officially released his first original single on all streaming platforms 🤩. This song was done in collaboration with Narboth Mathole from Royal House of Music who produced the backtrack, did the recordings and sings parts of the vocals, Michael did the other Vocals and wrote the lyrics. 🌟 Celebrating One of Our Own! 🌟

Tonight is a special night for one of our incredible cast members, Chanique Hattingh, who is taking the stage for her opening night at Afrikaans is Groot! 🎉✨

We couldn’t be prouder of her for all her achievements. She has been dancing her whole life, and we were lucky enough to witness her talent and passion firsthand when she made her debut in the world of musical theatre with us in Olivia Twist. From her first performance with us, it's been clear that she has something truly special, and now she's shining on one of the biggest stages around!

Join us in wishing Chanique the best of luck tonight! We know she’s going to bring her amazing energy and talent to the performance, and we can’t wait to see all the incredible things ahead for her. 🌟

It has been a wonderful year, and journey for Encore Theatre Productions and the cast of Olivia Twist this year! ✨️
And such an honour for this year's cast to be invited as guests to perform at the FAK Allegretto Toneelfees! 🥰 This whole journey has just been absolutely unbelievable, from rehearsals, to shownights, to guest performers! We appreciate the wonderful opportunity! Thank you so much FAK, for having us! 🥰 What a beautiful event you put together! And we were truly honored to be there! 🌻

It's been 5 weeks since we took our last bow for Olivia Twist. 🥹 It's been an emotional journey, and a hard goodbye. A lot of work, stress, planning, countless hours of rehearsals, and set building went into this production... But no matter how stressful, it's moments like this, that make it all worth it! ✨️ To inspire the next generation of performers, and to develop a love for theatre, and community, to give everyone a place where they feel they belong... Leane, we are happy to be even a small part of your journey! And we thank you for your love, and dedication throughout the rehearsal process, and show nights! May your light always continue to shine bright! Never stop dreaming! And thank you for inspiring us to do the same! ✨️❤️

As we close the curtain on Olivia Twist 2024, we're filled with a mix of nostalgia and gratitude. The past few months have been a whirlwind of rehearsals, performances, and unforgettable moments. More than just a show, this experience has been a testament to the power of collaboration and creativity.

We are profoundly grateful for the chance to work with such a talented and dedicated group of individuals. Each of you brought your unique spark to this production, and together we created something truly special. The memories we’ve made, the laughter we’ve shared, and the support we’ve offered each other will stay with us forever.

Thank you to everyone involved—from the performers to the crew, and everyone who supported us along the way. Your passion and hard work made this show a success and turned it into something far beyond what we ever imagined. Here’s to the magic we created and to many more future adventures together! 🥰
