Grassroots Soweto Festival will be bringing you the local, fresh stuff your ears just love to know!

Every year wonderful new artists will be discovered and presented along with many old standing and true patriots of the event. We aim to provide provincial and national exposure for excellent local musicians, and expose the local and regional music lovers to excellent national and international artists.

Introducing Grassroots Soweto Festival 2015!

Grassroots Soweto Festival’s purpose is to have an event for people back at their grass roots. Our Soweto venue is perfectly situated between all the Sections of Soweto and surrounding Townships. Our aim is to bring our people in one space and have everyone attending the event on the same spirit. We want to encourage community and social cohesion without any boundaries and divide.
