But they don’t see what happens behind the scenes.

The sleepless nights. 😭
The endless calls. 📞
The last-minute cancellations.
The suppliers who don’t answer.
The artist who suddenly has a problem. 😂
The sound, security, venue, catering, tickets, transport… EVERYTHING!

Sometimes, honestly, the life of an event organiser feels harder than being a doctor, security guard or police officer. 😭😂

We don’t rest.
We don’t sleep.
We barely have peace. ✌️😂

But we keep going…

JUST SO YOU CAN HAVE FUN. 😜❤️

Due to the unforeseen closure of our originally scheduled Mabopane venue, Doek & Shades has made the decision to bring our Mabopane and Pretoria Women's Day celebrations together for ONE BIG EXPERIENCE!

ONE VENUE. ONE STAGE. ONE MASSIVE CELEBRATION. 🔥

📍 FREEDOM PARK — PRETORIA

📅 SATURDAY, 29 AUGUST 2026

And most importantly:

ALL YOUR TICKETS REMAINS VALID! 🎟️✔️

All guests who purchased tickets for the Mabopane or Fountains event will be welcomed at the new venue, and all tickets remain valid.
