1๏ธโƒฃ Use a shader brush with its distinctive angled tip
2๏ธโƒฃ Load the toe of the brush with white and the heel with green, purple or another colour
3๏ธโƒฃ Work the paint properly into the bristles of the brush. According to Ronel, this is the big secret
4๏ธโƒฃ First make your โ€œtrain trackโ€ to work the paint evenly through the brush
5๏ธโƒฃ Place the brush down, gently spread the bristles and wiggle the brush from side to side
6๏ธโƒฃ Lift and pull the brushstroke into a point to complete your leaf shape
7๏ธโƒฃ Experiment with different colour combinations. Ronel especially loves adding a little purple to her leaves ๐Ÿ’œ
8๏ธโƒฃ Practise the basic brushstroke again and again until the movement starts to feel natural
