I used to want to hang out with Judas, now I'm looking forward to so many things again... that's a process only God can orchestrate. The funny thing about the 24th of December (2024, my birthday), I was convinced I wouldn't make it to the day itself... fast forward a year later, I'm starting to look forward to things again.

But the one thing I'm excited about is ensuring that I pursue all the dreams my younger self has...

I'm transparent with my journey with mental health because there are many Bravo Le Roux's in the world... the likes of HHP, and Ricky Rick just to name a few... these are some of the artists in my field, I could've been a statistic... but God!

Whether you believe in Him or not, if myself and many other Christians are wrong about Him, then you have nothing to lose... but if you're searching for a place to putt your hope in... try Him. I highly doubt you'll regret it.

Here's to many more pursuits and lots of releases!

One of the biggest lessons I learnt from dealing with depression, is that it's viewed so poorly amongst some of the Christian circles I've been exposed to... for some reason the presence of depression, equals the absence of faith.

It's so easy to stand on the outside and dictate how a person who's dealing/struggling with depression should come out of it... you know what's definitely not easy? Asking the person in question how you can be there for them, and actually meaning it.

If you have never dealt with depression before and are dealing with someone who is, be kind and compassionate towards them... if you're struggling with depression, I hope this is a little audio hug to show you that you are seen! You are loved and you are cherished, the world is definitely a better place because you are still here.

The first entry into a part of my YouTube journey where we (myself and .de.deejay) remix a song every month. We have enough remixes for most of the year, now we can't wait to share them with you.

Out of every 100 000 deaths amongst males in South Africa, 37 200 of them is by su***de... if it was not for the Lord, I really wouldn't have made it.

Quick testimony: I survived arguably the worst burnout in my life very recently, and it's after effects as well... and even after a few attempts of reaching out to some of my loved ones, it was in vain, or at least that's how it felt... for multiple reasons.

I was at an interesting low point, and I never imagined I'd be back in... if it was not for me having a personal relationship with the Lord, I wouldn't be here to type this message. The Church will hurt you, and people will let you down, including your pastors... if you don't have a personal relationship with the Lord, you might not survive anything the enemy throws at you.

There's a new sense of relief, a sense of gratitude , and a renewed vigour to live...
