Good Afternoon Africa.
Looking back at the just ended Queens International tournament brings a whole bag of emotions, from fear, shock, relief, despair to joy and ultimately glory. It's been a ride to remember just like the last but only much better.
AFRICA, you keep on helping us surpass our own limits, jump hurdles and steer past obstacles as we build this Queens International brand year on year. It's been a joy ride since 2022 and all points to a more joyous road ahead.
From a pool fan's stand point, it was fulfilling in all aspects, and was never short of magic, drama or upsets. Giants falling and new kings being born, a pool lover's dream.
From the organising end, it was hectic and tiresome but the joy of seeing people enjoy this beautiful game outweighs everything else and creates hunger for the next showdown.
To our 24 winners (8 each for every category), you were nothing short of willfully strong, resilient and deserving. You were not taking shots but crafting memories. It is a pleasure having had to prepare the table that you feasted on, the QUEENS INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT 4th Edition.
