Peoples Theatre is excited to announce that we are brining back one of your most loved classic fairytales. We are holding Kids cast AUDITIONS for our next production, which is:
PETER PAN JR!!!
***please ensure to read all the instructions on this notice carefully in order to ensure you are well prepared on the day***
Auditions will be held on Wednesday, 22 April 2026
13H00- 15HOO
(NO ARRIVALS WILL BE AUDITIONED AFTER THE CUT OFF TIME OF 15HOO)
If you have a child/children age 8-14 years old who know how to SING, DANCE and ACT bring them along for the auditions and they could be selected to be a part of this exciting, life-changing experience.
We advise that kids who come to audition should go to school within a 30 min drive of the theatre as to ensure early arrival to the theatre for rehearsals and performances if they are cast in the show.
The only thing children who are auditioning will need to prepare is a song from a musical! To sing acapella or with a backtrack on a USB (no cellphones or sheet music please).
Kids must also bring an A4 picture of themselves (headshot style and printed on standard copy paper).
They will be given a few lines to read on the day.
Kids will be given a number and be seen in order of arrival.
A clear breakdown of the rehearsal schedule and performance dates will be given on the day to outline the commitment requirements should your child be cast in the show.
Rehearsal dates - 18 May - 8 June 2026
Performance dates - 9 June - 26 July
