Over the last two years , we have come across some overwhelming words like ‘COVID-19’, ‘pandemic’, and ‘lockdown’, and the current period we are living in (and the upcoming future) is often stated as a period of the ‘new’ normal. This state has brought significant changes in all of our lives, which have consequently affected our mental wellbeing.
But witu Into the new normal we can chose to feel and think better of it.

Another day to share some more information with "intothenewnormal "I've sent requests to people to like this page so I thought I should share :
Our aim is to tell the stories of the individuals who have had life changing events in their lives since South Africa was placed under lockdown. The inspiring stories for those who went an extra mile to better their lives, or took a complete new path, discovering things which they never expected they would come across.
