Official Statement from Trap Management Studios
As an emerging recording label and studio space, Trap Management Studios is committed to providing recording sessions and services to hip hop artists. While we may not yet offer 100% quality production, we are working hard to improve and deliver the best we can. Our primary goal is to build a strong and vibrant hip hop community by giving a platform to emerging artists in our surroundings.
We want to clarify that our studio sessions are not about generating revenue, but rather about fostering growth and collaboration within the hip hop community. However, we need to inform all artists and musicians that we no longer offer free recording sessions. This decision is aimed at sustaining our operations and continuing to support the community effectively.
As an individual and Creative Director, I, Abonke Christopher Booi (Trizzy), want to emphasize that Iβm willing to help others, but I also expect respect and understanding from everyone. We all start our hustles with sacrifices, and Iβm no exception. I donβt mean to offend anyone, but I want to make it clear that Trap Management Studios offers services with certain expectations. Some individuals expect favors, but we need to work together with mutual respect.
Our aim is to work on events and projects that showcase local hip hop talent, but we can't do it alone. We need the support of artists, fans, and the community at large. We encourage artists to book their sessions with us and for fans to promote local hip hop artists.
We hope this statement is clear and understood by all hip hop artists and musicians. Our goal is to build a thriving hip hop community, and we look forward to working with you all. Trap Management Studios is not just a thing β itβs a movement.
Sincerely,
Abonke Christopher Booi (Trizzy)
Creative Director, Trap Management Studios
