"The world is your play ground" to us means that you are free to try anything and nothing is impossible if you put all your mind and effort into it.

Africa woke up to that reality when two of its Sons Comedian Trevor Noah interviewed Dj and producer Black Coffee on his Show "The Daily show", Dj Black Coffee mentioned that they are trying to change the narrative and also mentions that maybe its their fault that Africa is seen as an inferior continent.

With so much power invested in Africa and her Childern,this proves that working together and utilising the strength we have we can truly build a better continent.

Mr Siyanda Dlamini is a young man who has set his eyes firmly on the future and not apologising about wanting to have his slice of the cake in the property and hospitality industry

The 35 year old man from Kwa-Zulu Natal has come a long way,having graduated from Cape Town Hotel School in Hotel Management Qualification, having starting his first job in 2001 earning R850.00 monthly in the hospitality industry fast foward Siyanda worked his way up to managing stuff and serving clients at the Protea Hotel as a General Manager.

After teaming up with Key Spirit Development PTY LTD Siyanda saw his dream coming true team,construction of a R350m Regency Hotel and apartment started and finally opened its doors in June 2018 and Siyanda is now the proud co-owner of this empire

The hospitality industry is a booming Africa and having young African man breaking stereotypes and opening doors surely gives hope to those who have given up hope..
