UPDATE REGARDING THE MATTER INVOLVING ZIKHONA MADHUBALE

We note that requests have been made for us to retract our previous statements and issue an apology.

At this stage, we will not be retracting any statements, as the matter of the outstanding balance remains unresolved. According to our records, the agreed amount was R10,400 and only R2,400 has been paid, leaving R8,000 still outstanding.

We have made several attempts to resolve this matter privately and professionally, however cooperation and communication have remained unsatisfactory.

All communication, proof of payments, and supporting documentation, including a sworn affidavit, are available and have been properly documented.

This statement is made purely to place the facts on record while we continue seeking a lawful and professional resolution.
