INTRODUCING:
KOLLEKTIEF CREATIVE SANCTUARY:
Situated in Rayton in Pretoria in a lovely country setting in a typical farmhouse, Kollektief Creative Sanctuary nurtures soul art as a magic medicine for whoever is present. The creativity comes out through the established and up and coming artists that share and exhibit their skills and techniques providing the essential ingredients required that allow
them to express and impress as part of our exciting “Kollektief”...
DEFINITIONS & OUR MISSION:
KOLLEKTIEF: Describes the artists we collaborate with, and those that we still hope to…
Our Open-Day events and exhibition platform showcase our Kollektief creatives. SANCTUARY: OUR place, where you can jump off that rat race wheel of life for an hour or many more, and heal your soul with creative expression as your prescribed medicine, and the Kollektief tutors as your doctors. Our venue, our sanctuary, is not a guesthouse, but you are welcome to put up your feet, have a coffee, and soak in the atmosphere…
We welcome kids to run around in the garden with the farm animals or come to create some art with our expert guidance, and their art, will no doubt, be treasured by your family forever! Our workshops teach the technique:
Our workshops feature special guests and artists well-known for their speciality skillsets, and the curriculum covers a wide range of subjects, always with excellent tutoring and regular classes to nurture your desire and ability to create with ceramics, woodwork, sketching, painting, body mapping, resin casting, metalwork, sculpture, mosaicing, specialist painting techniques, candle making, cement carved embossing, tie-dying, batik, paper machete, clay sculpting, and more…
