Usuthu Arts Productions Usuthu Arts Production Usuthu is a South African based theatre company with a strong focus on working with young people in the townships of Tshwane.

In 2006, 2007 and 2008/2009/2010/2011 2012individual members of the company have worked in partnership with Derbyshire County Council and Creative Partnerships Derby to conduct workshops and perform throughout Derbyshire. In each year the company brings a different production Around Mzanzi and spends two to three month’s residency performing their new original musical theatre story telling produc

tion "Bright in the Corner” and conducting workshops in schools and in the community throughout the Tshwane / UK . The Company offers opportunities for a two-way exchange with young people from Tshwane Metropolitan and proposes to link to Arts Awards to provide accreditation for the experiences of young people involved.
